Hook Fish and Chicken is a southern-styled restaurant known for its culinary excellence and inspired dishes. No one serves fish and chicken in the same manner as our Original Hook Fish and Chicken locations: we only use premium products and ingredients, we consistently follow a thorough food preparation procedure, and we blend our signature seasonings in a way that complement, not compete with, the amazing flavors of fish and chicken that we serve to our valuable customers.

A food entrepreneur at heart, our founder, Ibrahim Said, developed a well-perfected recipe with a zesty, but not overpowering, taste that will exceed your expectations. His food preparation mantra is simple: keep it crisp outside and moist inside! 

In 2002, Ibrahim brought this concept to the Twin Cities because he was convinced that the local community needed something like this. And he was absolutely right! He envisioned delighting his guests by bringing together some of the best dishes while using the freshest ingredients sourced from local farmers when seasonally possible.
